Petroc Stesi

We are delighted to showcase Petroc Sesti’s new Tracing The Void, a light based interactive artwork inspired by cosmology and the desire to recreate the night sky. Petroc Sesti has meticulously converted NASA space telescope imagery into a perforated canvas of the Milky Way. Tracing The Void creates an experience that responds to the smallest movement of the viewer throughout the room. The multiple perforated layers interact revealing a 3D Moire effect of stars shimmering and flickering.
